3rd September - Activities 115
I am delighted to be returning to Activities 115 in Kingsbridge to run these sessions for adults with learning disabilities.
Throughout the sessions we will be learning world rhythms and exploring a variety of different drums and techniques.
The sessions include rhythm games and are lots of fun and accessible to everyone - you don't need to have ever drummed before to join in.
Drumming is brilliant for helping to improve coordination and memory, learning new skills, improving wellbeing, boosting confidence, exploring creativity and having lots of fun in a relaxed environment.
